Help to get better knowledge and focus on Dev Express template (C# and WPF) -- 2

Hello. I am right now working in several projects who all requested to be in Dev Express. I know several thing about Dev Express and have used it a lot before.
I need a teacher or at least a good developer who can sharp my knowledge through the projects. Wee have several issues that wee have not resolved yet and maybe wee want to change successful features too.
Our request is:
Good knowledge in Dev Express and C#/WPF
Native English speaker or well educated in english.
The work is payed by pr. hr. and the size of the work is not known.
The techer/developer have to accept to be in direct communication with me, and work on my screen by screen sharing, he also have to accept that the screen in recorded for educational purposes only.
This could be fun, working in pairs, telling jokes and stories.
