Fill MS Word placeholders with Rich Text from .Net Form

I need someone who knows how to generate a Word document with auto-filled placeholders, whereby some of the placeholders will take simple text and other placeholders can take Rich Text that the user entered in the .Net web form.

Only applicants who did this before should apply, we just need to know how to do it, so this is just knowledge transfer consulting work.
