I have a small project. I have many files, each file has 25-30 multiple choice test questions. I need these to be put into spreadsheets (google sheets) . For each spreadsheet I need 4-10 questions from different files to be placed in the [login to view URL] number of questions depends on the level and type of test. The project will take around 70-75 hours.

Here are the steps need to be completed.
-Open Listening Project_Google Sheets Structure
-Read information about Level and Type of Test
-Open all "changed" files from one set
Open corresponding spreadsheet in Google Sheets Templates folder
Cut and Paste the question name/title “MCQuestionBankB1_3(1)” to the QuestionID cell in the google sheets
Cut and paste the question into the cell titled "Question1"
Cut and Paste the answer choices to the cells in the columns titled Answer A 1, Answer B 1, Answer C 1, Answer D 1
Open another "changed" file from the set and repeat the process
Cut and Paste the question ID, question and answers into the cells in the columns titled QuestionID 2, Question 2, Answer A 2, Answer B 2, Answer C 2, Answer D 2
Repeat this process .Each test has different number of questions, so look at Listening Project_Google Sheets Structure file, in that file the needed number of questions is written. Each question should be from a different "changed" file
When finished, change the spreadsheet name to "Level+Type+Test+1". For example "5kyuu_Type1_Test1", 5kyuu_Type1_Test1", "5kyuu_Type1_Test1", ect.
Download the spreadsheet as a CSV file
After you finish all the spreadsheets go to [login to view URL]
In Step 1: Click "Choose File" and select the CSV file you saved from Google Sheets
In Step 5: go to "Save your result" and add the name of the CSV file, (5kyuu_Type1_Test1)
Go to the button "Download Result", click it and download the new json file
Do this for all CSV files
Save both cvs and JSON files
