Help with Top Producer, Appfolio, and Mailchimp

I am looking for someone who can help me clean-up and develop new systems for maintaining my databases. I am a small real estate company. I have a database with about 2,000 contacts currently. I use Top Producer and Mail Chimp for clients. And I use Appfolio for tenants. Proeject could turn into regular work and updates for the right candidate. Somone with experience wit these databases is a plus, but willing to pay for some quick training to get the right candidate started.
