Write Excel script to generate math questions

I have a excel spreadsheet that has some math questions, I need someone to generate 100 questions from each question i currently have by changing the numbers in the question and the answer. I have about 80 different questions. I want someone who knows excel very well to develop a semi automated way of doing this. So they can take one of the questions and make some script to automatically generate questions. You will have to deliver your script that generates the questions and all of the questions i have with their 100 generated questions.
My budget is very tight and price will be a high factor for being selected.
