Scrape a table of data from a website with Scrapy -- 2

I need a Scrapy project that scrapes data from the Announcements table on the following url:

The output should include a table with 3 headers (Date, Price sens, Headline). Each field's output should be:

Date = Datetime

Price sens = True or False (depending on if the $ symbol is present)

Headline = Text

If you cannot find a way for Scrapy to access the above data/link, below is another website with the same data:

This data is structured slightly differently, so the output should be:

Date = Date

Heading = Text

Price Sensitive = True or False (this should be triggered by the Heading field containing a red "$" sign

Pages = Int

Time = Time

The output must be a functional Scrapy project that I can use.
