Adding Hyperlinks to Digital Magazines

I need someone to add approximately 150 hyperlinks to 60 digital magazines (circa 9k links). This is a print magazine that has been uploaded into an App and I need all the ads and website addresses in the magazines to link to the advertisers website. There are also some page jumps to add but these are done in a very similar way to the hyperlinks. There are only approximately 15 page jumps to add per magazine.
I need this project completed by the very latest of Friday 11th November and on the trial I ran here I estimate the job would take a maximum of 10 working days for one full-time person.
