Simple CSS/HTML page need coded

I have a webpage designed and coded, however the CSS/HTML coding is a bit dodgy, it was done by myself and I am no expert.
I'm looking for someone who knows what they're doing to redo the CSS/HTML, keeping the same design and layout, just putting the coding together in a more professional way. You can view the page @ www.autonomyhealing.com.
Some things to note:
-in Firefox browser, the black footer doesn't rest on the bottom of the page, there is a gap underneath. This is not present in Chrome or Edge.
-the main content area uses tables, this is outdated and needs to be replaced with CSS
I'd prefer if you keep the CSS in the head section of the html page. I'll link it as a stylesheet later myself.
It's a pretty simple job, someone who knows what they're doing shouldn't have any trouble. You can change the css and rearrange the wrapping and classes however you want. I just want the webpage to be coded professionally and work across browsers. You don't need to change any parts of the coding that you deem to be correct already.
