We need ONE PSD file spliced up into HTML and CSS that will be sent as a HTML mailer for our newsletter.
The final HTML and CSS will need to be tested and sent as a mailer (not just viewed in a web browser), and it needs to render correctly in all popular email clients (Outlook Express, Outlook 2003-2010, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, Apple mail, iphone, AOL Mail, Lotus Notes, Thunderbird, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc)
You need to ensure it's compatible as a HTML mail, ie: in-line CSS must be used, tables as opposed to divs, etc, etc.
