I want to add some content in a html container in the right column of my onepagecheckout page. The box of content has to scroll down the page with the user as he scrolls. Please note that I use a custom template with prestashop 1.53, responsive. I want the content of the block to be shown only for pc and tablets ( not mobile ). Also I need that text to be shown in two different languages, so when the customer has selected english, that text has to be shown in english.
