I am in need of a CRM system that can help me manage leads, show a dashboard for statistics, and keep track of my product's stock levels. Additionally, I need it to be easy for my call center team to manage their calls of leads.
The following are the key features I'm looking for in the CRM system:
° Dashboard for Statistics: The CRM should provide an overview of my business and sales performance, giving me the ability to monitor my progress and identify trends.
° Lead Management: I need the CRM to help me manage leads, so I can easily add new leads, assign them to team members, and track their progress.
° Stock Management: The CRM should allow me to monitor the stock levels of my products, receive alerts when stock is running low, and enable me to update the system when new stock arrives.
° Call Management: The system should allow my call center team to easily manage their calls, including scheduling follow-up calls and recording notes on each call.
