Digital Marketing Coordinator
$25-50 CAD / hour
The Freelance Marketing Coordinator will support Brunico Communications’ publication strategy. Strategy is Canada’s leading trade publication for a national marketing community, with both a magazine and daily news platform providing coverage of the industry for our readers. We also produce several events, including awards shows and conferences, throughout the year and within Toronto.
This position requires an extremely organized and highly motivated individual to manage a few of the assigned strategy's awards, conference and event marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented and have experience managing multiple marketing projects flawlessly. This includes the self-sufficiency to move projects across the finish line by requesting approvals and deliverables across all stakeholders. We will have a preference for candidates with strong industry knowledge and a proven track record using a marketing technology platform, preferably Marketo.
Work terms-flexible as per below
• Hours- 10-20 hours per week (40-80 per month)
• Term – 2-3 months
Responsibilities:
● Help develop and execute marketing strategies for specific events under the assigned brand, including the coordination of related marketing materials (email blasts, online advertising, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
● Manage digital marketing campaigns, including HTML-based email blast creative/content, administration and analysis
● Manage marketing content on Wordpress event websites and communicate informational updates through social media platforms
● Work closely with Brunico’s publishers, as well as creative and IT departments, to contribute to the design of online ads, event websites and email blasts.
