F&B creative copywriter for a new brand

Hi! We created a new restaurant brand and concept, where the logo, colour palette, look & feel and overall persona of the brand, but we need someone to help us with the "about us" section and a few other descriptions. We're looking at about 300 - 350 words.
We're looking for someone that has experience in describing and developing F&B brands with an edge, very modern, very "outspoken". We like strong personalities and our brands are all designed in the same way.
I will be more than happy to share the branding with the writer we choose and are looking at a turnaround time of max 1 week from when we award this. We would like to appoint someone that can turn this around fast.
