We are a paralegal firm and are taking over the files/clients of another paralegal firm which is closing. We are looking for a lawyer to write a contract setting out the terms of this referral agreement. We will provide you with a general point form outline of what should be included in the contract. If you are hired you would be required to write the contract in complete sentences and in "legal language" with legal terms. You would also be required to add any other clauses to the contract if you feel that it is necessary. The contract should be 2 pages long and should be completed within a week.
