Skills and Experience Requirements:

- Proven experience in Indian Cuisine, particularly North Indian dishes

- Ability to prepare a wide variety of North Indian dishes

- Understanding of professional cooking's best practices

- Able to work in a high-pressure situation and make quick decisions
