Write procedures to a callcenter

TopCall delivers high end telephone answering services to Danish companies and in order to continue our development and still offer Danish companies our fine quality and good service, we want to simplify our processes and have them documented and implemented.
The assignment consists of:
- to streamline and simplify our onboarding of customers, so that customers choose between different package solutions with additional services, and do not freely choose what they want. The simplification must make it possible to make it a volume business, also in other languages.
- to simplify and improve our existing call script builder, so that the individual call scripts become more logical both for the employee and for the caller.
- to design and build associated training plan, maintenance plan and quality assurance plan for new and existing employees, so that we can easily maintain our fine quality.
- to document the whole thing in our own wiki and implement it in the organization so that the individual employees can in future maintain their own procedures.
