We are looking to develop an email campaign that we can send to clients with embedded buttons.
Essentially we need them to accept our terms that they have previously accepted.
I imagine there will be one button on the email and if possible, once they click it a pop up will appear with 2 or 3 other questions (this could simply direct them to a website that will hold these questions)
We would like their details to go from page 1 to the ongoing pages to help instill confidence and user experience.
so if the email says 'Hi John' then when he clicks, the next page will say 'John, please tell us what's important to you'
we also need the ability to obtain the below
1. Tell us who has accepted the terms
2. Tell us who hasn't
3. the ability to email the ones who haven't as yet as a reminder to do so
Client portal
We are after a client portal. Nothing to flash.
We may even be lucky enough to try and get a add on, or a templates through WordPress or something similar. I'm imagining that all we really need is the ability for a client to login. Perhaps some form of encryption password? The ability to send them a code via text?
Just so it does come across as being a lot more secure, and obviously with their private information being stored on this we do want it to actually be somewhat secure.
I would imagine, but I am open to some direction here, that this portal will simply have their basic details, as in name, address, contact numbers, email addresses and the ability to update these perhaps, and let us know of these changes
And we will be wanting to upload documents and maybe their archives based by years?
This portal would probably go hand in hand with our next task so really depending on time frame, I wouldn't mind getting this kicked off sooner rather than later.
Marketing email – allowing the clients to Opt-in
We are after something setup with the ability to send out some form of marketing email to our database, but still coming across very professional.
Essentially, we need the client to click a button acknowledging that they have received the documents that we have uploaded to this client portal. And I am imagining some form of click button, that would allow them to indicate they are open to continually using our services and wanting some form of a review. I'm imagining that once they click this button, some form of click through table presents itself, asking a couple of generic questions such as, In this review what is important to you?
A. reducing interest rates on my debts
B. looking at lower insurance products
C. If possible, reducing superannuation fees etc etc
The aim is to get a bit more cleint engagement. We would obviously need any answers to be captured in the backed, especially the button ticking that they are wanting to review and opting in. We would like to be able to easily access a report of who is yet to select to opt in and, if possible have automatic responses triggered, 0nce they do opt in IE: thanking them. If they haven't in a few days, we can have an auto email go out, reminding them to.
We have the ability to link up text messaging direct to them so if we could get some universal application that will allow reminder text to be sent, that'd be great. if not we can always pre code that with our own database.
