Looking For An Engineer To Help Me Design An Idea

I would like to create a dog crate from threaded metal pipe. There are two photos one photo is showing the dimensions of the crate I would like to create in the other photo shows a rough demonstration of the idea. I'm looking for somebody that can assist me in figuring out what pieces I would need and how to put it together. The schematic will demonstrate the door being separate from the crate as it will have to be mounted with hinges. I'm looking for the squares on the side to be no more than 4" to 6". You can review the link that is being included in the description in order to see the pieces that will be utilized. The diameter of the pipe can be 1 - 2 inches to cut down on weight.
