Detail description with limited scope. Please read fully and carefully.

We work with many monitors at the same time 6-9+. We need a windows service that can move the mouse cursor or current active app to a target monitor. Minimal UI: only 1 window with 2 values for settings. Mostly backend development.

Workflow

-The app will have a tray icon, where basic settings can be edited (learn hotkeys). We will provide icons.

-The user can assign a hot key for the 2 functions: [Move mouse] hotkey and [Move app] hotkey.

-When the hotkey is detected, each monitor should show a number exactly like in windows "identify" in display settings. This is to help identify the monitor ID. (see screenshot)

-Next the user presses a single key, which moves the mouse cursor or app to the target monitor. Keys follow hex 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F. Make sure that if the monitor number is higher than 9, you use A, B, C, etc in the monitor identify. That's it.

When moving the mouse or app, it should be sent the to center of the target monitor. Bonus if you can create a decent animation to the new location of mouse/app.

You should have a few monitors so you can test your app. For final testing we can give you remote access to a machine. Please don't bid on this project if you only have a laptop. Lastly, you will need to set up a remote machine that can compile the final app.

To show us you have attention to detail, put your favorite development language as the first word in your bid. This will show us you actually read the posting fully. In addition, let us know how many monitors you have to work with.

good luck!
