Low level C# Screenshot App for Zoom Meetings with GUI and Error Logging

We are in need of your assistance in completing a security app project for verifying attendance in Zoom meetings. The app should have a GUI written in C#, and its main functionality is to take screenshots of the Zoom meeting window at regular intervals.
To get you started, we have provided the initial code in this Github repository, I just don’t have time to finish the task and it was due this week.

The app should have a configuration file that it reads each time it is started, which includes the path to store the screenshots and the interval between each screenshot (in seconds).
The app should start in "running" mode and have a GUI window displaying the status (running or paused) with a pause button. The GUI window should not be minimized or hidden, and closing the GUI should close the entire app. It's important to include error logging using a logger.
We prefer to have as few third-party dependencies as possible and only use C# and Windows API for this task. The code should be lean, performant, and not require an installer. The final product should be a simple exe file with a basic GUI.
