Fix Issue when running Entity Framework database application

At first, the machine that throws the error message as per attachment, does not have Visual Studio 2010 and Access 2010 installed. But even after installed, it still prompts this error message.
I attached as well the application source code for testing.
The OS for the problematic machine is Windows 7 64 bit.
