Make 3D Graphics Viewer program for 3D Graphics and CAD Drawings.
The HTML viewer will have lists, menu's, hot spots, hyperlinks, navigation to different scenes, etc...
It will create the CAD presentation into an HTML file. It must be able to handle files from Blender Graphics, CAD Graphics, 3D Graphics, 360 Images, and 2D images.
It must also work with eDrawings viewer.
The program needs a place for me to store a bank of graphics with sound that can be used for effects when a user completes a task properly.

All coding must be 100% original. I prefer html coding but if needed and if you want to use an open source code you must get it approved from me first.
You will help with the installation of the program. You will provide a way for me to test the program and it must be secure so no one else can access it.
I will own the copyright to the program .
I will own the source code and you will send me the program and source code when the project is completed and accepted by me.
