Check For Duplicate Numbers in Input (Application)

I need a text area / text box where a user can input numbers, one at a time, one in each line/row.
So the user will hit the enter key after he types in the number. After that, he can type in another number, and so on.
The program needs to detect any duplicate numbers as soon as they are typed and the enter pressed.
As soon as a duplicate is detected, the program needs to give a sound alert and a popup alert.
Example:
User types: 11
Presses ENTER
User types: 12
Presses ENTER
User types: 13
Presses ENTER
User types: 12
Program BEEPS / Shows ALERT
I will need all source code and the .EXE file as deliverable. This program needs to be able to run on any Windows machine anywhere.
Please note: This program will basically be used with a barcode scanner. When the barcode scanner scans a barcode, it sends the scanned data to the computer as if it was typed in. The program will be used for scanning tickets when entering an event. Duplicate tickets need to be detected and denied entry. I will test the program with my barcode once the service provider delivers it and if it is not working, I might need changes to finally get it working.
