Development of C-code for RTCC, I2C-bus.

I am looking for a skilled C programmer with experience from development of C-code used in microcontrollers. I need help to develop a library for a Real Time Clock and Calendar and a BCD math library. The RTCC PCF8523 from NXP will be used in this project. The host will be a microcontroller from [login to view URL] . The microcontroller is a high performance 32-bit processor@ up to 48Mhz, equipped with an ARM Cortex M3 processor.
