Need a Business Analyst cum Project Manager for a Financial Applications Development
₹1250-2500 INR / hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BA/Project Manager to join our team. As a BA/PM, you should write user stories, requirement descriptions, etc . You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Your expertise in project management, familiarity with tracking tools, and exposure to investment banking applications will be invaluable.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Define the project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
Ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
Project Execution:
Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules.
Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
Facilitate project meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and quality assurance teams.
PM Tracking Tools:
Utilize PM tracking tools to monitor project status, resource allocation, and task dependencies.
Experience with Azure Boards is a strong plus.
Agile Methodologies:
Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Drive continuous improvement through agile practices.
Investment Banking Applications:
Exposure to USA-based investment banking applications.
Understanding of applications related to US endowment funds, stocks, and bonds.
Knowledge of infrastructure investments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
