An architect to design me a drive in taco shop like sonic drive-ins

A drive- in for tacos, the distinctive marker would be the roof as it would be in the form of a taquero hat from Mexico, looks like a sailor hat, and would have windows on 3 sides to be able to see the cooks work. The back would be covered no windows and the front would be picnic tables, I can draw an outline of how the kitchen would be setup, but the building would be square and the roof would be in the shape of a taquero cap.
I need 3D renders of the shop and blueprints to build it.
Also need to be able to PE STAMP It for the United States and there is no single site plan available. Building should be able to be built all over the United states like McDonald’s. Need it to be compact and for about 20 cars.
