Subscription Based HRM Development -- 3

I am looking for a professional who can develop subscription based HRM portal with backend to manage everything. The system should be developed in such a way that during registration our customer can select required modules make a subscription and they will have access if that specific modules inside their syatem
We will have four Modules inside our system
1.) HR related Activities
2.) Payroll
3.) Finance
4.) Project Management
Every module will have its multiple functionalities.
So during registration if customer will select only HRM and Payroll and make subscription then thwy will have only access of these two modules inside their backend.
Customers should be able to register without selecting any module as well and login to System but they shouldn't able to use any functionality until they Will make a subscription.
I will share rest details with selected candidate
