Sincronizacion de Active directory local con Azure AD

Deseo integrar un controlador de dominios Windows server 2022(Ya instalado) sin usuarios, con los usuarios existentes en Azure AD.

Pero al crear los usuarios en el directorio local por ejemplo usuario#[login to view URL] , en Azure se crea un usuario totalmente diferente con terminación redleafgroup.onmicrosoft.com.

Y no se sincroniza con el usuario existente en Azure AD.
