customise AEC wall schedule table

We generate schedules from models built with in AutoCAD ACA 2022 the schedules show the net area for walls. This is OK for paint but not much use for ordering plaster board.
We need to customise a schedule table to show the gross area as well as the net area for internal walls.
the materials used for internal walls are gypsum plaster board or Villa board.
