Implement HTML template into ASP project - reposted

I have a custom ecommerce solution. I need to copy template from one website to our project. (change existing template) I have access only to .aspx and .ascx template files of our system. I have no access to codebehind.
I need templates for homepage, category page, product page, whole shopping cart process, text pages, some backend pages... Last time I did the same project with a freelancer but with different template it took cca 100hours.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and javascript is needed!
Company that created our whole ecommmerce system can always help us if we need some programming.
