Take string and break it into parts to be stored in SQL DB, Then put it back together for retore. Shopping cart uses cookiestring and is saving it in a table. The table has a limit, so information is truncated and therefore corrupted. IF the programmer wants to take the string and parse it then put it into a table, it is ok too. It needs to be restored too.
