for refferance you can check out? [url removed, login to view] and try to creat a t-shirt then you can see? their design studio in flash and the cliparts in the design studio and how they being used. we will have the same exact designer in flash and we need clip arts for it...
by the way we are open to suggestions about the format of the cliparts, if you think it could work with a flash designer...
the amount that we are willing to pay is up to the number of the cliparts and the quality of them...minimum quality we require for the clip arts is similar quality to the clipart that is being used in the [url removed, login to view] designer and the [url removed, login to view] designer...
