Create Assets for App Stores

We have a very simple task.. We need to upload updates of our apps to play store & App Store but we need professional looking images to show as screen captures. We also need to provide them in all of the sizes & formats required by stores.
In short we need aprox 5-7 views per app
there are 2 apps (client / worker)
there are 2 stores (iOS / android)
there are aprox 4 file format/sizes of each app.
We know there are software tools like asset generator that do this, but we need help because we need a designer to get the best shots from the APK/IPA (which we will provide) and also get texts/ideas from the existing assets currently published in store. (texts are in Spanish).
We have capped this project at 25-30 usd for all assets and they need to be delivered within 24hrs.
We prefer creative designers so that they don't "only" stick to template but add their own spark to images.
