We want to animate several short (under 1 min) skits as part of several online trainings. The skits will involve 2 or more characters moving in sync with pre-recorded voice over. Simple but interesting characters. Simple background. Characters do not need to "mouth" the words... just reasonable head movement and some facial expression.
