I will provide an image of a piece of art that my client has the IP rights to.
I require the freelancer to create three alternative animations of this piece of art and provide them as separate files and together (four files in total)
The animation will be the movement of objects on the art
The IP for the output will be retained by me the purchaser
The digital picture of the art work will be provided to a shortlist of freelancers
