I need someone with experience in building a applications for google cloud. Application will involve a angular.js based website, see [login to view URL] Not all of what is shown is needed, only a subset. However the website should run as serverless in google app engine. Will give more details once we are good to go. Some of the functionalities include
- User management and authentication
- Different UI experience for three types of users
- Ability to push notifications to individual users mobile app based and not a broadcast message
- Image processing, for example supporting annotations
