Goal of the app:
To help users achieve a 30-day goal, which can be to lose weight, gain muscle or keep healthy.
Platforms:
Android / iOS
Design:
I WILL PROVIDE DESIGN in PSD format. I would need your help on how to deliver these, since it is the first time I work on an App, though I have worked on hundreds of web projects, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
YOU WILL PROVIDE ALL FUNCTIONALITY, and I would need your advice submitting the app to Google Play and iTunes

Goals and difficulty level: with video routines, diets and recipes
Timeline
Free and paid versions
Group sessions
Monthly consultations
App Structure:
1. Regristrarion / Profile creation
The user will register to create a profile with:
a. Name and gender
b. Height and wieght
c. Email
d. Select if their profile will be public or private
e. Users should be able to choose to signup using facebook and once they sign up and login, they should be able to see which of their facebook friends is already using the app to connect with them (follow them) and also to invite those who are not using it yet
2. Goals
The user will choose between 3 goals:
a. Lose weight
b. Gain body mass (muscle)
c. Stay in good health
d. Choose level of difficulty
3. Exercise routines
a. According to the goal chosen, the app will provide the appropriate video exercises that the user needs to do for 30 days (1 different video each week)
b. After each video the user will evaluate it with one of these 3 choices:
i. Easy
ii. Difficult
iii. Very difficult
4. Diets:
a. Depending on the goal, the app will provide diets with options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a few recipes.
b. These diets and recipes will be downloadable as images to your cellphone’s gallery.
5. Profile:
a. On the user’s profile his progress will be displayed graphically. The user will be able to upload photos and share them on Facebook and Twitter.
6. Timeline:
a. There will be a timeline on the app displaying the activity of the users that have set their profile public.+
Pro version:
The pro version users will have access to exclusive videos, more diet and recipe options and a monthly personalized consultation.
The pro version consists in a monthly subscription. Please advise on the best way to handle this, will the subscription be paid through Google Play / Apple Store or do we need an external credit card processor? I would rather go through google and apple.
Web based backend (CMS)
The app should have a web based admin where the manager can upload content, such as videos, recipes and diets. Manage users (like seeing which users are free users and which are pro, post short updates to the app and contact users with a direct/individual private message or a general message).
Language file
The app will be in Spanish, so if you develop it in English, every little piece of text that the users see should be contained in a language file for me to translate
