Android Mobile App for taking and editing photos

Resaleworld is looking for an Android developer to create an app which will allow user to take and edit photos of their store inventory. We have a fully functional API already in place that allows our IOS app to work.
The app should have the following functionality.
1. Enter log-in credentials to access store's database via API (requires IP address and password)
2. Search for an item by item id or scanning bar code from item tag
3. Take up to 25 photos for each item allowing user to edit each photo (crop, compress, resize)
4. Photos will be assigned to each item and can be reviewed in the app.
5. User can review items with their associated pictures
6. User selects which photo is the primary photo for the item
7. User selects items by clicking a checkbox which will then upload items to the server via API
8. Once photos have been uploaded for an item the item is removed from the batch list.
