We need a iOS/android application to share pdfs.
Our application should be exaclty similar to this one for iPad:

At least the application should be available for iOS and android tablets. It should be a plus to be available also for iOS and android smartphone.
The app should provide following features:

+ offline viewer
+ share to fb/twitter
We appreciate phonegap but candidates should be use any other framework to achieve it if needed.
