I'm currently looking for a Data Scientist who is skilled in Python and experienced in implementing unsupervised learning, specifically, the Hierarchical Clustering algorithm. This project involves clustering numerical data and I require:
- The development of a Python script that implements Hierarchical Clustering.
- Expertise in handling numerical data sets and understanding of their unique characteristics in the context of clustering.
