Short-Term CSPro Programer
The Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Global Health Finance team is seeking a CSPro programmer to support a costing survey. The programmer position is a flexible project-based contract and will require approximately a one-month commitment.
CSPro was designed and implemented through a joint effort among the developers of IMPS and ISSA: the United States Census Bureau, Macro International, and Serpro, S.A. Funding for the development is provided by the Office of Population of the United States Agency for International Development. ([url removed, login to view])
The programmer should have the following qualifications:
• Significant experience using CSPro
• In-depth familiarity with the functionality, capabilities, and limitations of CSPro
• Previous experience developing large surveys
• Ability to quickly and efficiently translate large datasets from Excel into a CSPro application
The programmer will be expected to provide a brief knowledge transfer on the developed application as well as answer questions regarding the functionality and use of CSPro.
Knowledge of HIV treatment is a plus.
