Cartweaver 2 CF shopping cart link to UPS

I have a shopping cart I've created with Cartweaver 2 Coldfusion. The customer want the site to link up to UPS. I have the developer's key and the xml access key and I have code from [url removed, login to view] written by Joey Lott which is box xml and cf code specific to connecting to UPS Online it may be helpful. I also have downloaded all the UPS Online Tools files. I can't afford to go over 150 on this project.
I am look for someone to either set up the UPS connection by me giving them access to the site code or someone to be a consultant and help me edit the code.
