Disaperaing code when going to Visual Mode in WP

I have a custom simple plugin for WP. You place info in a box and it gives you a shortcode (sample: [mycoded=23]). I place that short code anywhere in the site and it will show the data. It was working fine but from one day to the next, all of a sudden, the shortcode, when it is placed into a table, the two tr’s (sampl: <tr>[mydcode-23]</tr>) disappear on both ends and leaves the short code content “OUTSIDE” the table. This only happens when I go from HTML view (in the Admin back-end of WP) to the Visual mode. If I keep it in HTML mode after placing the <tr>[mydcode-xx]</tr>, then save it and leave the page without going to Visual, there is no problem.
