We need you to design a site plus give us a content mangement system to be able to make changes to the site ourselves.

Of course we'll change colors, add the condonista logo you helped design. We also wanted to replace the girl on that template with a city (Toronto) skyline but make this skyline one solid uniform color [url removed, login to view]

We would like to get this project started asap. Should we buy this template? Or can we do without to save us some money.
In terms of content, we will provide down the road. We know what colors we would like to use in the layout as well.
I attached an image of the template with notations on which colors to use. I want to get this mock out of the way and then work on the content.
