I want to have a front page design with a logo for a exsiting site. It is very important person produce two templates with very min. html tag and css classes. the style has to be modern based on html5 ( html 5 usage heavily). If you are graphic designer or web designer apply. I will explain the business behind the site and based on the business idea, the design has to follow.

Needed: Front end template

User area template

This is a starting point since other pages are needed and will be added later with additional cost to be paid to the web/graphic designer.

I logo will be needed also but not important at this stage.
