I want to start working on this project right away. I need a Web designer to design a small community online newspaper Web site. This is a start-up newspaper. There are no articles, news stories, or features to insert at this time. If you are selected, you will needs to build a structure, and give me a detailed orientation to add stories and update the Web site. Since there are no articles and stories, I assume it should not take a long time to build shell that can be easily updated and maintained. Please give me a full description of the Web site in PMB.
