Hi, I have a wordpress website, and I'm using a plugin (WP Enlighten) to simulate a theme. I have everything setup the way I want (appearance), but like I said, it's not a true wordpress theme, it's a plugin simulating a theme. I'm looking for someone to look at my website design and convert it into a true wordpress theme (header, background, footer, etc) exactly the way it looks now.

I want it to look the same way it is now, just be an actual worpress theme. I would also like to be able to change the links in the footer.

I have about $30 for this project.
