Custom Blogger Template with shopping cart

Hello bidder,

I'm looking for someone who is very familiar with blogger templates.

It's a relatively simple custom design and I will provide you with some samples e.g

1) Blogger source code (if you not sure how blogger xml)

2) My logo design ( follow colour scheme)

3) Shopping cart script

4) Draft layout of the template

Just need all this to be integrated as one.

This is for a re-seller program website.
