Create a skincare ecommerce store using Magento

We are a small beauty shop starting a new ecommerce store. We are planning to use Magento Go/Magento and need some professional help in the design and set up, especially in these areas:
- setting up the store: we do have a layout and concept in mind. Developer will help to create the set up.
- developing a favicon: we do have a logo though.
- developing 2 banners for site
- setting up products: our skincare products comes in different sizes, hence will use configurable products. Developer will help to set up and assist in product upload
- assist in other setups like emails, invoice/packing list templates, new letters templates
and other assistance required during development.
Project deadline: 1-2 weeks
We have had bad experience with designers/developers who have little commitment, hence we require someone who can commit to timeline and be able to reply in 24 hours.
