Assistance with a CSS template

I'm using Expression Web 4 and need some assistance with a CSS template. The template is attached and also available online at [url removed, login to view]
I intend to create a 'master page' from this template. DIV's in dark screen are the common (static) elements to all pages. DIV's in white are the individual page 'Editable Regions'.
The issue is as follows:
The content in the column 'left text' is variable, some pages may contain many paragraphs, others only a few lines. I need the 'left text' column to be of variable height according to the content. The Footer DIV should automatically follow directly below the 'left text' and 'right text' column. The height of the 'right text' column should automatically adjust to the same height of the 'left text' column.
Deliverables:
The attached template with the necessary CSS code to enable a variable page length as described above.
